Just a brief post today to say congrats to Chad and Juanita for getting their Purple Sash. Keep in my though the real test is still ahead of you -- when I am back in class. Then we will see how you hold up against my Wing Chun power in Chi Sau. I think you should do O.K. as long as you keep reading my blog to stay sharp. I am hoping to be there Friday providing the world of Cupcakes and mowing lawns will let me stop in and teach a few lessons.

I have chosen to follow The Path of Howard, as I too only seem to make it once a week to actual Wing Chun class. Granted, on Tuesdays and Thursdays I spend a good deal of time working on my forms while my daughter works on that "animal stuff." The fact I have no partner in my practice is a supreme advantage for it is just like working with Howard: total relaxation, unquestionable structure, the lightest of touches. I don't know what Charlie is thinking by coming to class so much. The Path of Howard is Tao.
