Fitness kickboxing is the cool parts of fighting (punching, kicking, footwork, combinations, great conditioning) without the getting punched in the nose element. Unlike the generic gym “I went to the kickbox weekend certification class” version -- this class is taught by a martial artist who has stepped into a ring and fought and has used these combinations on a non-cooperative opponent.
