Nunchaku Seminar (Application).

Seminar Cost $30. 
(March 17th seminar is a pre-requisite for this seminar.)

Applying the handling skills from the previous seminar in advanced technique applications based upon the 3rd Degree Kenpo Black Belt Requirements.  Nunchaku techniques applied against a variety of armed attacks with application expanded to other everyday objects (belt, rope, jacket, etc.).

Youth Summer Camp.  "Secrets of Shaolin"
(AGES 7 - 13) Monday June 18th - Friday June 22nd.
Step back in time to ancient China and train in the old ways of Kung-fu.  Progress through the different chambers that condition the body, forge the spirit, and master the "Secrets of Shaolin."

Snack provided each day.  Camp T-Shirt Included. 
Lunch included on Friday.  Limited to 12 participants.  Mon. thru Thur. 10 am-12:30 p.m.  Friday 10 am-2:30 p.m.
Camp Fee: $125.

Dragon Pole (Handling Skills).

The Dragon Pole (Long Pole) of the Wing Chun system is a staff  fighting method originally using a boating pole to neutralize "road wage" in the crowded water ways of Southern China.  Conditioning methods, target drills, and partner exercises will all be taught.

Putting the handling skills into action, students will learn application of using weapon against other armed aggressors and the "sticky" exercises to develop reactive sparring reflexes with this weapon.
